GENEL ŞARTLAR ve NOTLAR '' LÜTFEN OKUYUNUZ ''
1-) Turlarımız, tura kayıt yaptıran kişi sayısına göre; 10-17 kişide minibüs ile, 18-31 kişide midibus, 32-50 kişide lüks otobüslerimiz ile yapılacaktır. Turlarımızın, yeterli sayıya ulaşamaması ve iptal olması durumunda (min.15 kişi); konaklamalı turlarda ve günübirlik turlarda minimum 1 gün önceden haber verilir.
2-) Maxigezi, gerekli gördüğü durumlarda; tur güzergahını içeriği aynı kalmak koşuluyla değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar ve programlarda belirtilen geziler belirtilen gün/günler dışında başka bir gün yapılabilir. Şehir tanıtım turları şehre varış saatine göre bir sonraki gün gerçekleştirilebilir.
3-) Yerel otoriteler tarafından gezilmesine, gidilmesine herhangi bir sebeple izin verilmeyen veya herhangi bir etkinlik nedeniyle yolların kapalı olması durumunda gezi ya da turlar yapılamaz. Bu gezi ya da turların yapılamamasından Maxigezi sorumlu tutulamaz.
4-) Program içerisinde verilecek serbest zaman, mola ve öğle yemeği süreleri rehberlerimiz tarafından belirlenir.
5-) Maxigezi, kategorisi aynı kalmak kaydıyla otel isimlerini değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Konaklama yapılan şehirlerde ulusal düzeyde kongre, fuar, ulusal bayram veya tatil dönemi olması durumunda konaklamalar çevre şehirlerde/ilçelerde yapılabilir.
6-) Üç kişilik odalarda 3.yatak uygulaması olup, 3.yatak standart yataklardan küçüktür. Çocuk indirimi sadece iki (2) yetişkin yanında kalan çocuklar için geçerlidir.
7-) Tur sırasında unutulan, kaybolan, çalınan eşyalardan Maxigezi sorumlu değildir.
8-) Programda ekstra olarak belirtilen geziler yeterli katılım olmaması halinde yapılamayabilir. Turların yapılamamasından Maxigezi sorumlu tutulamaz.
9-) Tur iptallerinde ücret iadeleri; misafirlere ödeme şekillerine göre yapılır. Nakit veya havale olarak yapılan ödemeler misafirlere nakit veya havale olarak iade edilir. Kredi kartı olarak yapılan ödemeler misafirlerin işlem yapılan kredi kartına iade edilir.
10-) Belirtilen şartlar ve notlar paket tur sözleşmesinin ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Misafirlerimiz bu şartları kabul ederek turu satın almışlardır. Kesin kayıt esnasında; tur rezervasyon formu ve paket tur sözleşmesinin dikkatlice okunmasını tavsiye ederiz.
GENERAL TERMS AND NOTES – PLEASE READ
1-) Depending on the number of people registered for our tours:
- 10-17 people: tours will be conducted with a minibus,
- 18-31 people: with a midibus,
- 32-50 people: with luxury buses.
In the event that our tours are canceled due to not reaching the required number (minimum 15 people), notification will be given at least 1 day in advance for overnight and daily tours.
2-) Maxigezi reserves the right to change the tour route, provided that the content remains the same. Activities specified in the programs may be carried out on different days than those specified. City introduction tours may be conducted the next day depending on the arrival time.
3-) In cases where local authorities do not permit access to certain areas for any reason or if roads are closed due to any event, tours cannot be conducted. Maxigezi cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
4-) The duration of free time, breaks, and lunch breaks provided within the program will be determined by our guides.
5-) Maxigezi reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category. In cities where national-level congresses, fairs, national holidays, or holiday periods occur, accommodations may be arranged in surrounding cities/districts.
6-) In triple rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Child discounts apply only to children staying with two (2) adults.
7-) Maxigezi is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
8-) Extra tours mentioned in the program may not be conducted if there is insufficient participation. Maxigezi cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
9-) Refunds for tour cancellations will be made according to the payment method. Payments made in cash or by transfer will be refunded in the same manner, while payments made by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used.
10-) The specified terms and notes are an integral part of the package tour agreement. Guests are considered to have accepted these terms by purchasing the tour. During final registration, it is recommended to carefully read the tour reservation form and the package tour agreement.
