5 Days Pamukkale, Ephesus and Cappadocia Tour starting from Istanbul Airport

From the Istanbul airport proceed to the domestic part of the airport to check-in for your flight from Istanbul to Izmir. Upon arrival in Izmir, you will be met by a company representative and will be transferred by car from Izmir to Kusadasi after an approximately 1.5-hour drive. In Kusadasi, you will check in to your hotel, and rest of the day will be free.
Note: Please note there should be a minimum of 4 hours duration between the arrival of your international flight to Istanbul and the check-in of your domestic flight to Izmir.
After breakfast around 8:00 am you will be picked up from your Kusadasi hotel and taken to the meeting point in Selcuk where the full group will first meet. You will then begin the Pamukkale tour with a drive from Selcuk starting at 8:30 am to Pamukkale which will be around 3 hours. En route to Pamukkale after 1.5 hours, there will be a 10 minutes stop for a restroom break. Upon arrival around 11:45 am the group will be first taken to have lunch and after lunch, at around 1:00 pm you will begin your guided tour of the Pamukkale and Hierapolis area with a professional licensed tour guide. In Pamukkale, you will see the Cotton Cliffs, one of the natural wonders of the world formed by deposits of calcareous salts. Also, you will visit the ancient ruins of the City of Hierapolis with its basilica, theatre, and Roman Baths. At the end of the guided tour, you will have some free time to explore the area on your own. As an option, you may choose to swim in the Pamukkale antique pools (at your own expense) during this free time. The tour guide will inform you about the exact meeting point and time. At the end of the tour around approximately 4:00 pm, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Kusadasi at around 7:00 pm.

After breakfast at the hotel around 8:30 am you will be picked up and met by your tour guide to begin your full-day tour of Ephesus. Your tour guide will brief you on the day’s activities. You will first visit the Temple of Artemis which was once one of the Seven Wonders of the ancient world. Next, you will visit the world-famous ancient Greco-Roman City of Ephesus, the most well-preserved example in the world. After visiting this impressive site, you will have a break for lunch. After lunch, you will visit the House of Virgin Mary, where it is believed she spent her last days. This is a holy place for both Christians and Muslims. Afterwards, you will visit the Sirince Village; which is an old Greek village and is well-know for its quaint beauty and wine tasting and production. Here you will have one hour free to explore on your own without a guide the different foods and wines of the area and visit various small traditional village shops. After the tour, you will be transferred to Izmir airport for your flight to Kayseri or Nevsehir through Istanbul. Upon your arrival at the Kayseri or Nevsehir airport, a representative will be present holding your name sign to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.
Overnight in Cappadocia

After breakfast around 9:30 am you will be picked up from your hotel to join the full-day tour of North Cappadocia. Your tour will start with a visit to the Devrent Valley to see the unique fairy chimneys. Next, you will visit the Pasabag Monk’s Valley to see the mushroom-shaped pinnacles. After this visit, you will drive to the city of Avanos. After lunch, you will visit the beautiful open-air museum of Goreme where the remains of rock-cut churches and Christian settlements date back hundreds of years. Finally towards the end of the day tour before returning to your hotel, you will be able to visit the natural castles of Uchisar. After the tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
Overnight in Cappadocia

After breakfast at the hotel around 9:30 am you will be picked up and met by your tour guide to begin your full-day tour of South Cappadocia. Your tour guide will brief you on the day’s activities. Your tour will begin with a visit to the Red Valley where you will be able to explore the famous rock-cut churches and hike approximately 5 km through the Güllüdere (Rose) Valley. Next you will visit Çavusin village which is famous for its houses and churches of the Christian Clergymen. We will take a break for lunch around noon. After lunch, you will drive to the Pigeon Valley. In the afternoon you will visit the Kaymakli Underground City or Ozkonak Underground City where early Christians lived. This will be the end of your full-day tour. At the end of the tour around approximately 4:00 pm, you will be transferred to Kayseri or Nevsehir airport for your late evening return flight between 7:00 – 10:00 pm (flight duration is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) to Istanbul. Important notes:
Please note that your return flight from Kayseri / Nevsehir to Istanbul will arrive at either the New Airport in Istanbul or at the Sabiha Gökçen Airport depending on the availability of flights on the ticket purchase date.
Upon arrival at Istanbul airport, you will have to arrange your own pick-up service from Istanbul airport to your hotel in Istanbul. This transfer is not included as part of your package tour services with us. Our service ends upon your flight arrival at Istanbul Airport.
If you have a preference to return to a specific airport in Istanbul i.e. Sabiha Gokcen or Istanbul New Airport, you must request your choice of the airport in Istanbul by email prior to your tour booking. Any changes requested once your booking is confirmed will incur an additional cost.

1-) Turlarımız, tura kayıt yaptıran kişi sayısına göre; 10-17 kişide minibüs ile, 18-31 kişide midibus, 32-50 kişide lüks otobüslerimiz ile yapılacaktır. Turlarımızın, yeterli sayıya ulaşamaması ve iptal olması durumunda (min.15 kişi); konaklamalı turlarda ve günübirlik turlarda minimum 1 gün önceden haber verilir.
2-) Maxigezi, gerekli gördüğü durumlarda; tur güzergahını içeriği aynı kalmak koşuluyla değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar ve programlarda belirtilen geziler belirtilen gün/günler dışında başka bir gün yapılabilir. Şehir tanıtım turları şehre varış saatine göre bir sonraki gün gerçekleştirilebilir.
3-) Yerel otoriteler tarafından gezilmesine, gidilmesine herhangi bir sebeple izin verilmeyen veya herhangi bir etkinlik nedeniyle yolların kapalı olması durumunda gezi ya da turlar yapılamaz. Bu gezi ya da turların yapılamamasından Maxigezi sorumlu tutulamaz.
4-) Program içerisinde verilecek serbest zaman, mola ve öğle yemeği süreleri rehberlerimiz tarafından belirlenir.
5-) Maxigezi, kategorisi aynı kalmak kaydıyla otel isimlerini değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Konaklama yapılan şehirlerde ulusal düzeyde kongre, fuar, ulusal bayram veya tatil dönemi olması durumunda konaklamalar çevre şehirlerde/ilçelerde yapılabilir.
6-) Üç kişilik odalarda 3.yatak uygulaması olup, 3.yatak standart yataklardan küçüktür. Çocuk indirimi sadece iki (2) yetişkin yanında kalan çocuklar için geçerlidir.
7-) Tur sırasında unutulan, kaybolan, çalınan eşyalardan Maxigezi sorumlu değildir.
8-) Programda ekstra olarak belirtilen geziler yeterli katılım olmaması halinde yapılamayabilir. Turların yapılamamasından Maxigezi sorumlu tutulamaz.
9-) Tur iptallerinde ücret iadeleri; misafirlere ödeme şekillerine göre yapılır. Nakit veya havale olarak yapılan ödemeler misafirlere nakit veya havale olarak iade edilir. Kredi kartı olarak yapılan ödemeler misafirlerin işlem yapılan kredi kartına iade edilir.
10-) Belirtilen şartlar ve notlar paket tur sözleşmesinin ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Misafirlerimiz bu şartları kabul ederek turu satın almışlardır. Kesin kayıt esnasında; tur rezervasyon formu ve paket tur sözleşmesinin dikkatlice okunmasını tavsiye ederiz.
GENERAL TERMS AND NOTES "PLEASE READ"
1-) Our tours will be conducted with a minibus for 10-17 participants, a midibus for 18-31 participants, and luxury buses for 32-50 participants. If a tour does not reach the minimum required number of participants and is canceled (minimum 15 people), guests will be notified at least 1 day in advance for both overnight and one-day tours.
2-) Maxigezi reserves the right to change the tour route, maintaining the same content, if necessary. The activities specified in the itinerary may be conducted on a different day than originally planned. City sightseeing tours may be held the next day depending on the arrival time.
3-) If local authorities prohibit visits or if roads are closed for any reason, making the tour or activity impossible, Maxigezi is not liable for any cancellations or changes.
4-) Free time, breaks, and lunch times in the program will be determined by the tour guide.
5-) Maxigezi reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same. If there is a national congress, fair, national holiday, or vacation period in the cities where accommodation is planned, stays may be made in surrounding cities/towns.
6-) Triple rooms will have a third bed, which is smaller than standard beds. Children’s discounts apply only for children staying with two (2) adults.
7-) Maxigezi is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen belongings during the tour.
8-) Additional activities listed in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Maxigezi is not liable for such cancellations.
9-) In the case of tour cancellations, refunds will be processed according to the payment method. Payments made by cash or bank transfer will be refunded in the same way, while credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used.
10-) The terms and conditions stated above are an integral part of the package tour agreement. By purchasing the tour, guests accept these terms. We recommend carefully reading the tour reservation form and package tour agreement at the time of booking.
